Four things we'll argue about.

You should own your ERP.

Not the licences — the code, the data, the configuration, the operating manual. “Vendor lock-in” is a phrase invented to sell renewals.

Open source isn't a feature.

It's the architecture. It's how you survive your vendor's acquisition, pivot, or strategy change. Treat it as a checkbox and you'll pay for it twice.

Hours-for-hire is broken.

If we sold time-and-materials, we'd be incentivised to take longer. We sell fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed dates. Our incentive is your go-live.

Specifics beat superlatives.

“Up to 80% faster” means nothing. A real claim names the metric, the before, the after, and who audited it — or it doesn't get made.
